How to use
Two servings a day
Measure
Take 1 level teaspoon (3.5 g) of powder.
Mix
Stir into at least 250 ml of water.
Drink
Drink the mixture right away, then drink another glass of water.
Repeat
Take twice a day, morning and evening, preferably before a meal.
One package lasts for 30 days when used as directed.
